Our fees
Our standard fee is two times the monthly increase you receive from a favorable VA decision, capped at $4,000. We believe paying tens of thousands of dollars for assistance in obtaining the benefits you have earned is unethical.
If your VA rating is 50% and pays $1,000 per month, and after utilizing our services your rating increases to 80% and pays $2,000 per month, your monthly increase would be $1,000. Our fee would then be $2,000, which equals two times that monthly increase.
Easily affording the fee
In most cases, this fee is less than the back pay a veteran receives after a favorable VA decision. The average VA disability claim takes roughly 140–160 days to process, which often results in several months of backpay once the claim is approved.
Our approach is simple: we’re not here to take a veteran’s disability compensation. The goal is to help you secure the benefits you’ve earned while keeping the process fair and transparent. In most situations, the back pay from your claim will cover the fee, and you’ll still have compensation left over.
Payment options
If you then choose to pay your invoice in full within 30 days, you’ll receive a 10% discount.
Using the earlier example of a $3,000 fee, applying the discount would reduce the total to $2,700.
If paying in full isn’t the right option at the time, you can choose to pay 50% of the invoice initially and spread the remaining balance over 6 monthly payments with no interest. For example, a fee of $3,000 can be divided into an initial payment of $1,500, followed by 6 monthly payments of $250.
