You Win, We Win

We do not collect a penny from you unless you win your claim and get a higher rating.  Our standard fee is four times (4x) the monthly increase you receive from your favorable decision.  For example, if your VA rating before using our services is 40% at $1,000 a month, and your rating after using our services is 80% at $2,000 a month, our fee would be $4,000 (4x the monthly increase, $2,000 - $1,000 = $1,000 monthly increase.  $1,000 x 4 = $4,000).

 

This fee is almost always less than the backpay you receive once you obtain a favorable decision from the VA, as the average process time for a VA disability claim is between 140 -160 days.  Unlike other companies, our goal is not to bleed veterans dry by taking all of their backpay and then some.  In almost every case, your backpay will cover our fee, and you will still have money leftover.

There are two opportunities for discounts totaling 15%.  If you submit your favorable decision letter to your Veteran Coach within 7 days of receiving it from the VA, you receive a 5% discount.  If you chose to pay in full within 15 days of receiving your invoice, you will receive an additional 10% discount.  Using the example above, if you provide your decision letter within 7 days of receiving it from the VA and choose to pay in full within 15 days of receiving your invoice, your total fee would be $3,400 (15% of $4,000 = $600.  $4,000 - $600 = $3,400).

If paying in full is not the best option for you at the time of your increase, you can elect to make 12 monthly payments, interest free.  Using the example above, if you provide your decision letter within 7 days of receiving it from the VA but select 12 monthly payments instead of paying in full, your fee would be $316.66 a month for 12 months (5% of $4,000 is $200.  $4,000 - $200 = $3,800.  $3,800 / 12 months = $316.66).
